What Did IFCED Do in Pakistan?
Provision of Essential Supplies: From the first day of the disaster, IFCED began distributing essential supplies. We delivered aid packages containing basic necessities, such as clean drinking water, dry food, and hygiene items, to help meet the daily needs of those affected.
Shelter Support: To provide temporary shelter to thousands who lost their homes, we established tent cities and prefabricated structures. These safe areas in the flood-affected region offered temporary refuge to the displaced.
Continuity of Our Aid Efforts
We remained on the ground in the weeks following the flood, with our teams working intensively to sustain our support efforts effectively. During the holy month of Ramadan, we continued our aid efforts in the region, distributing food packages, setting up iftar tables, and standing by our brothers and sisters to strengthen solidarity.
Our Aid Work with the Principles of Reliability and Transparency
At IFCED, we place great emphasis on reliability and transparency in all our aid efforts. In every relief activity, we worked meticulously to ensure our supporters’ donations reached the areas most in need. Each aid initiative was carefully planned, enabling us to conduct a rapid and effective response in the field. In emergencies, we acted with a sense of responsibility and honor, always standing by the affected without hesitation.
As IFCED, we stood by the victims of this great disaster in Pakistan and will continue to provide all the support we can to help heal the wounds. In this challenging time, we were honored to bring hope by sharing in their pain.
